Built To Lean is not a beginner program, but it doesn't require you to have worked with a coach before. It requires you to be serious, self-reliant, and ready to execute. If that's you, the program will do the rest.

How many days a week do I need to train?

Built To Lean is available in both a three-day and four-day per week training format. You get to choose based on your schedule and preference during onboarding. Three days per week is roughly three hours of training total. Four days per week adds an additional session for clients who want more volume and have the schedule to support it. Both options are fully programmed, periodized, and designed to produce the same result. You do not need to train five or six days a week to get lean and build muscle.

I've tracked macros before and always fall off after a few weeks. Will this be different?

Yes because falling off tracking in the past wasn't a willpower failure, it was a system failure. You were tracking alone with no feedback loop, no one adjusting your targets when things got hard, and no clear reason why the numbers mattered right now. Tracking inside Built To Lean has a purpose, a phase, and a coach checking your data. It also has an end point. By the Anchor phase the rigid tracking relaxes entirely as you transition to nutritional awareness. You're not signing up to track forever. What if life gets busy or something comes up during the six months?

Life will get busy. That is not an if, it is a when. Built To Lean is designed to work within a real life, not instead of one. Three training days per week survives a busy schedule. The nutrition framework is flexible enough to accommodate travel, social eating, and hard weeks. And if something significant happens like an injury, a life event, a period of high stress, then you have direct messaging access to your coach to adjust in real time. The program bends. It doesn't break.

Is there a payment plan option?

Yes. Built To Lean is available as a single pay-in-full investment of $1,500 or a six-month payment plan at $300 per month being $1,800 total. Both options include everything in the program. The only difference is how you pay for it. There is also an option to use a Pay-Later service like Affirm and Klarna.

What if I'm not satisfied with the program?

Built To Lean has a 30-day satisfaction commitment. During the first thirty days and for whatever reason you don't feel like this is the most structured, personalized, and effective approach to getting you lean, then I will return all your money back.
